So here are my next stages in progress, as you can see I first drew a black background in illustrator and made a red carpet rolled up towards the end, and added some in the second layout and was getting how i pictured it in my thumbnail concept but twisted it a little. later I will take the same girl as you saw in the previous steps and make her dress much more smoother making the lines more crisp and begin to draw the face and have her posing for the paparazzi while they are taking photos of her.
